Dec 25, 2007 A Mes rate: 50cl bottle thanks to Reakt.
Pale cloudy yellow with just a faint white rim. Lemon zest, spice and obvious rice in the aroma. Exactly the same in the mouth, who wouldathunkit? Mexican rice finish. Would be great with tacos. Totally inoffensive and drinkable.

Aug 6, 2007 Hazy light blond color. Aroma of wheat, lightly sour. Weak body, dry mouthfeel, poor flavor, low bitterness. Not different from a common Weisse (but bottom fermented).

Dec 14, 2006 Very muddy beer, yellowish rim. Very acidic, aggressive nose, with wheat, and lemon in the finish. Wheat (though it is the rice, really) returning in the taste, with citruszeste, slight coriander, wheatflour (the rice...). Very yeasty, slick MF, with a burning sensation, but ending quite empty. Promising much, delivering little.
