Commercial Description: Blueberry Hefeweizen is a blend of our standard production Hefeweizen with natural blueberry concentrate to produce a refreshing and easy drinking beer. The slightly spicy and clove notes of the yeast balance nicely with the tartness of the Blueberries.
Very balanced nose of citrus, clove, banana and blueberry. Light and refreshing on the palate without the soapy quality of an extract beer. Much more enjoyable than I would think of for a regular fruit beer.
