#30 Papsoe Blind tasting 21-08-2010. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Clear golden color. Aroma of fruit, citrus, caramel, toasted malt. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Heavy sweet flavor. Lingering fruity citrus finish. 6/3/6/3/12 = 3.0

22 ounce bottle thanks to Eric! A hot chick on the label. Pours a clear golden hue with a small white bubble of head. The aroma and flavor are basically straightforward honey; very rich and sweet, almost like a light mead. Hardly and Belgian spices or heat. Drinkable, but a bit different. Decent.

Bottled. Tasted blind # 30 @ Papsoe 21. august 2010. Orange coloured. Unclear. Small off white head. Aroma: honey, sweetness, flowers, spice. Flavour: Honey, sweetness, flowers. Medium bodied. Sweetish and fruity end.

Bottle, blind #30. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is herbal and honey fruity. Sweet malty, herbal and dry grassy hops flavoured. Bitter and slight grassy. Dry malty and slight acidic. Herbal floral and pollen finish.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Clear deep golden with an off-white head. Sweet fruity nose with some honey accents. Very solid body, very sweet fruits, some yeast and phenols. Warming alcohol in the finish. A fairly straight Belgian style beer. 210810

22 ounce from Healthy Spirits. Golden orange color with little bit of head that leaves quickly. Sweet apricot and peach flavor. Slight funk in the nose, but very slight. Nice beer. Too bad this is the last of it.
