Draft. Rich amber beer with an off-white head. malty, tart, and light brandy aroma. Chocolate and dark fruit flavors with tartness and cocoa. Medium bodied. Dark fruit lingers with tartness and chooclate.

Great sourness that remains checked. Very Mellowed. Minimal oak flavor. High acidity tingles on the tongue. Almost as good as Consecration, a fantastic beer.

On tap at the brewery, thanks to KrausenJockey and Aspidities for their hospitality. brown pour with a nice tart aroma and complex flavor. very good beer.

(10/29/08) Draught at the brewery in Stockton (thanks a lot Steve and Mike!). Dark brown color with yeast floaties. Aroma of brett, dark fruits, oak and some malt. Sourish flavor with some barnyard, berry notes, plums and some malt. Medium to full-bodied. Very good stuff.

Draft @ Bistro BA Fest. Loads of red fruits, toasty sweetness, tart fruitiness and citrus and light sugar in the aroma; very pleasant, tart aroma. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: tart red fruits, chewy caramel, and plenty of citrus and dried dark fruits at the core; very interesting, nicely soured strong ale. Great rendition. Lengthy finish, showing chewy dried fruits, cherries, citrus, and light oak.

On tap @ Bistro Barrel Aged Beer Fest poured a hazy brown with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of sour cherry, raisin, brandy and light carmel. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a tart finish. Flavors of sour cherry, brandy, oak and light carmel with a crisp lingering tart finish. It was effing amazing!

Draft at Bistro BA fest. Light purpleish brown. Tart aroma and flavor, nice citrus as well.
