Medium sized white foamy head, strong lacing. Aroma is fruity and sweet, oranges and apricots. A medium to light bodied Saison. Malts are fruity and sweet. Apricots and orange. Bright yeasts, slightly spicy. Fairly sweet. Seems somewhat under-carbonated. Smooth taste. Touch of hop bite at the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Very appetizing and soft on the palate with nice very soft liquorice and pepper notes. Clean and balanced finish.
