Ungstrup (29022) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 9, 2010
Bottled. A pitch black beer with a thin rim of brown head. The aroma has notes of butter, roasted malt, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of soy sauce, roasted malt, alcohol, and wood, as well as lighter notes of bourbon and butter, the buttery note lingers unfortunately, leading to a dry, alcoholic, and roasted finish.
