On tap at the brewpub. Donít know if itís still on tap or not, but this review is front a few months ago. Aroma has some citrus/flower-like notes to it, semi-sweet malt grains to keep it nicely balanced. Flavor has some great balance between the yeast, hops and malts. Iíll have to try it at the Stockton Arena to see if it holds up. Went well with my turkey sandwich.

On tap at the brewpub. Pale, golden yellow, with a small off white head. A pretty good APA with a somewhat faint aroma of citrusy hop. Flavor is hoppy without being too fruity. It has a pretty soapy, almost inky finish, yet light bodied, which saves it and makes it very drinkable. I liked it.

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly hazy gold with a white, lacy head. Light hoppy citrus and sweet gainy malt aromas. Flavors of light bready malt, with a hoppy grapefruit peel bitter finish. Light bodied with smooth carbonation. Pretty nice lighter hoppy offering.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a dark, dull gold color with a white head. Aroma was fruity, perfumy malt, characteristic of some of their beers. Flavor had those same characteristics with alot of pale malt I guess. Sweet bread, some caramel and earth. Ok.

Draft at the brewpub. Yellow with some white head. Aroma is light grain, some pale malt sweetness. Flavor is bready, rye probably and the same sweetness. This one was better than several other beers I had that day.

(10/29/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Stockton. Golden-colored. Aroma has malt, buttery notes and a bit of hoppy hints. Sweetish flavor with some bread notes, diacetyl hints and a slightly bitter finish. Light-bodied. 5/3/5/2/10=2.5
(10/29/08) Draught at the brewery in Stockton (thanks a lot Steve and Mike!). Hazy golden. Aroma of fruits and some citric hops. Sweetish flavor with some fruits, pale malt and some slightly citrusy, slightly spicy hoppy bitterness in the finish. Rounded-mouthfeel. 6/3/7/4/14=3.4

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Light citrus aroma. Grapefruit/summer fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Decent piney bitterness - especially for a pale. Grapefruit and summer fruit lingers.

Draft, courtesy of KrausenJockey. Thanks!! Pours a slightly hazy, honey-orange color; creamy white head with solid retention and fine-bubbled lacing; great pour. Good amounts of clean, citrus and mineral bitterness in the aroma. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: lively carbonation; chewy grapefruit and citrus and toasty maltiness; really nice, dense hoppiness and light malt presence; gorgeous presence in the mouth. Medium finish: dry, crisp grapefruit and citrus, toasty malts, and mineral bitterness.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2009 Pours light golden with a finger thick off white head. The nose is a bit subtle with malt, hop and corn influences. The flavor is also subtle, but the rye is a nice touch adding some earthy characteristics. Smooth and very easy drinking.
