DocLock (4085), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA May 4, 2005 Notes from January. Pours hazy amber/brown with aroma of hopcit, some berries. Tastes hopcity, with a wheaty malt presence coupled with some finishing cranberry tartness. Decent. axilla (942), New Providence, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 20, 2005 Cloudy light brown body. Big cranberry aroma. Nice light cranberry taste. Not over-done. PWalk (332), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 9, 2005 Unfiltered german wheat that was a hazy gold in the glass. Not much of an aroma to speak about and the flavor was very yeast with almost no fruitiness to it. Very Disappointing. michael-pollack (1378), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 20, 2002 Very well crafted, but not my type of beer. obxdude10 (1387), Reading, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 29, 2002 A very good example of a fruity German style wheat beer, it was unfiltered, a little bit of a purple-ish tint to the color, nice soft lacy head, very cloudy appearance, lots of cranberries in the aroma as well as the flavors, the cranberry flavor was not too overpowering though, all round a great wheat beer
