UPDATED: JAN 18, 2015 This was 8% ABV. Clear blond, thick white head. Nose is hoppy and herby. Carbon seems to be light, body medium and texture near to oily. Taste is bitter. Palate is hops, dandelions, honey and bitter herbs. B@H

Goudblond bier met dikke wandklevende witte schuimkraag. Fijne pareling. Geur: hoppig, kruidig met een vleugje zoet. Smaak: scherp bitter, citrus, Veel koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: bitterig.

Bloemig/fruitig aroma. Eerste smaak is eerder zoet ipv bitter. Meloen, perzik, vanille. Afdronk is dan weer wel licht bitter. Zeer goed bier.

Thick, foamy start. Pale, golden yellow, almost like a lager. Yeasty with a touch of bitterness. The flavors never quite come together though.

Golden with white head. Sweet with vegetal bitterness. Doesn’t come alive, bit boring. Backlog from 2014/06/03.

Bottle from de Bierschuur in Poppel. The beer is pale yellow colored and has a nice stable white foam, with livingly CO2. The aroma is hoppy and malty, with tones of citrus and hint of coriander. The taste is full bodied and light sweet with a medium hoppy bitterness in the end with some spicy notes. The finish dry and bitter.
