750ml c&c bottle via trade with bmoosey, thanks Bruce. Poured a medium density cola looking dark brown body underneath a large foamy super light beige head that had some serious staying power. Aroma was sort of all over the place, bubble gum and dark fruit sweetness, Belgian yeast, uncooked brown bread and raisin dough. Medium to thinner body with stronger bubbly carbonation and an average duration on the aftertaste. Flavor is similar to the aroma with big Belgian yeast, dark fruits, sweet sugar, bubble gum, dry toast. Seems more like a dubbel or quad over a stout but still not bad once you get past the idea that this is classified as a stout.

On tap at Kulminator. Clear mahogany colored body with a medium sized dense beige head. Sweet smokey, Belgo spiced, malty tobacco nose. Malty, spicy rock sugar flavors. Alco warm, full bodied and smooth.

Donker bier, volle kraag. Aroma van gebrande mout, vanille. Smaak is koffie, mout.

drank from the bottle just outside my local beer shop, it was cold outside so i preferred getting it from the shelf instead of the fridge cooled one (the shop’s temp was about 16°C so i thought it was fine). Anyways, a great rounded malty aroma came out of the bottle (not too strong). the taste was a bit disappointing, not much to notice or particular, a normal belgian stout: stoutmedium sweetness, salty, medium body, average carbonation,a bit too fast finish. It warmed me up and went quite well with the roasted pork I had later.
