The color is almost black; very big head. Very light caramel aroma. Good body, chocolate flavor, missing bitterness (just a bit from some roasted malt); unfortunately the metallic finish is disturbing. An Abbey beer, on the simple side.

Champagne stout? Light, crisp and frothy but dark like a stout! Dark malt and a slight bitter dark malt finish. Different!
