This was a freaky stout. OK, I get it that itís a Belgian stout but I got this butterscotch-y thing on the aroma along with blackberries and Coke. No chocolate, no roasted malts. Berries, Coke and butterscotch. It wasnít horrible, but...just....odd. Flavor brings some smooth caramel malts, more berries, licorice and dry chocolate powder. I canít really consider this a stout, but whatever.

0,33l fles bij wapen van Wogmeer. Blijft altijd spannend anls men in BelgiŽ stout bier gaat brouwen. Deze is wel te drinken met wat koffie en melkchocolade, echter verfijnd kan je het niet noemen, daarvoor iets te dun en mat.

Dark brown large beige head. Taste is sour, malty sweetness with a short bitter finish . Disappointing

Dark with a creamy head. Nose is coffee, caramel and a bit of riped plums. Body is medium, carbon light, texture thick. Taste is a bit sour. Palate is dominated by sweet and sour plums, coffee, chicory. Sour aftertaste. B@H

Bottle at home. Pours a dark red-brown with a thin head that soon fades. Malt, plummy fruit and caramel on the nose with a slight acrid hint. Sweet to start and only a small amount of bitterness to finish. Rich, fruity and plummy. Slightly thin for a big beer. Not very stout-like.

Caramel, bread, brown sugar, malt coffee in nose. Dark brown with tan head. Taste is medium sweet with lots of caramel and some chocolate, bread, molassess. Finish is low bitter, high to medium carbonation. Maybe not as I imagined "stout" but cannot say it is a bad dubbel ;]

At Uber, Seattle. Deepest red, foamy tan foam. Boozy, port wine, nice rich, very Belgian brown-abt flavor. Rich caramel, dark malts. Red fruity, alc is well balanced. Pretty delicious and interesting.

butelka, warka do 27/08/16. Nie taki ciemny braz piwa, kiepska piana. aromaty... glownie karmel i ciemne owoce, do tego nieco przyprawowosci, kawowosci, banany... dosc delikatne. w ustach faktycznie slodkie i kwaskowate nieco, raczej wodniste (cialo odbierane dzieki lekkiej syropowosci), niezle ukryty alkohol, praktycznie zero goryczki. calkiem niezle w sumie, ale i tak mnie oklamali, to nie stout :) bardziej dubel

Старая запись лета 2015. Аромат сладкий с шоколад& и кондите& нотками. Вкус сладкий и даже черзмер& какой-то конфетн& но с кислинк& Странны& и не совсем стаут.

Dark with a beige head. Not much nose. Pretty bland at first. Malt, candi sugar, raisins, mineral, nuts follow. Nice finish with a bit more sourness and cask. Not bad.
