This was a freaky stout. OK, I get it that it’s a Belgian stout but I got this butterscotch-y thing on the aroma along with blackberries and Coke. No chocolate, no roasted malts. Berries, Coke and butterscotch. It wasn’t horrible, but...just....odd. Flavor brings some smooth caramel malts, more berries, licorice and dry chocolate powder. I can’t really consider this a stout, but whatever.

Very dark brown color, almost black, average sized tan head. Aroma of chocolate, overripe fruits, booze, malts and a touch of coffee. Taste is very similar, but no coffee. Medium to full body, soft to average carbonation. Hm, little bit disappointed here.

Deep dark brown color with a nice lasting light brown head. Aroma includes chocolate, toasted malt and coffee, with some alcoholic notes. Flavor is a balanced combination of sweetness and bitterness. Body is average and the carbonation is high. Long bitter and carbonated end.

Pours just like a cola with a slight red tinge in the brown. Notes of espresso and malts. Really warming alcohol.

Pours a dark ruby red beer with beige head. Does not really look and taste like a stout to me, its more like a quadrupel.
