Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, coriander and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draft @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy coriander aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy citrus flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy yeasty finish.

Chopp. Quite hazy yellow colour, medium white head. Aroma of hoppish fruit and citrus with spice and yeast. Ok mouthfeel. Fresh fruity like yeasty flavour with some spice and bit citrus to it too. Mild to medium bitterness.

Bottle, at Risrasfiliongongong. A lightly hazy, yellowish golden beer with a small, white head leaving some curtains on the glass. Orange peel and a faint spiced touch on the nose, rather sweetish. Soft and smooth on the palate, medium body. Orange peel and slightly sugary sweetness in the flavour. Hints of wheat malt. A touch of bitterness towards the end, but mostly it’s orangey sweetness. Not my favourite witbier in any way, but it drinks quite easily, and certainly doesn’t taste bad. 120820

CBF 2012: Dark yellow coloured and unclear. Has a white head, medium duration. Aroma is mainly hoppy, citrus and herbs. Flavor starts moderate sweet and finish moderate hoppy.
