Chocolate, roasted malt, caramel and dried fruits fills the nose when sniffing it. The flavor has chocolate, roast, malt, fresh and dried fruits as well as a little bitterness. Full body, and a long, sweet caramel finish. Yet another nice one from van den Bossche. (080410)

Hazy dark brown, Lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma of caramelish malts and fruits. Pleasant fruitiness in the flavor, toasted malts and a port-like note, Mildly hopped. Medium body, Smooth texture. Fruity acidity and malts in the finish.
