Poured a clear blonde with a frothy white head. Aroma of sweet caramel malt. Medium body, quite lively, flavour of the caramel with some citrus hops and a slight dry aftertaste.

Bottle at Craigs. Pale golden and clear. Slightly lagery Belgian yeast aroma. Flavour is slight citrus and soapy. Sweet and a bit tangy on the finish. Not great.

Clear blond beer, white creamy head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: hay, bit of cardboard, spices (coriander), soapy, citrus, dusty, some grapefruit. MF: ok carbon, light body. Taste: bitter start, little bit of grapefruit, lemony tartness, all in all pretty watery. Aftertaste: little bitter and lemony, green banana. Meh.
