Bottle yesterday @ Blesfestival, Zottgem. Bit hazy, golden color, with nice white head. Aroma bit sweet, malts, litlle spice, citrus. Medium body. Taste is good refreshing, sweet, malts, but also hopsbitterness. Good brew !

Bottle shared at Garbage Night II - London. Big thanks to Fergus for this bruiser. Pours clear yellow with lots of pale floaties. Pretty eatery on the nose, plenty of dough, faint tangy lemon. Medium sweet flavor with lots more doughy malts, more lemon, some meringue. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary, doughy white bread finish, some Belgian yeast, mild straw. Tasty enough.

Firm flowery hopbitter flavor. Light flowery aroma with a touch of caramel. Nice one!

Clear, blond body. Creamy to rocky head. Aroma of hops, citrus and some light malts. Lightly bitter, moderately sweet flavour. Not bad, but not great either, it has a nice bitter touch.

At least 2009 Vintage // 2011 (BBF date) // 33 cl. bottle @ Bier Central // clear light yellow, small white head // smells vintage blond ale, sweet white grapes & sweet yeast in an odd, indicatory way // taste cornflakes, yeast, sweet oxidation, white sugar, artificial, white grapes, hay, citrus, malts // m/m // think the label design is reminiscent of Evil Twin // neat // beer itself, past standard condition // dime in a dozen

Clear golden beer. Small white head. Malty aroma. The flavour is rather sweet and malty. Hardly any bitterness. All by all I would call this a good "pils". Very refreshing.

Clear golden with medium white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with coriander and fruity notes. Sweet flavor with corinder, yeast and orange peel notes. Ends dry.

Draught Fully clear copper-gold, very fine dense yellowish head, leaving classical lace. A strange nose with cooked veggies from the mussel pot; overlying more habitual sweet-malty notes. Mossy, too. Rather sweet, even portlike flavour (for a young blond beer!) but fading away fast, leaving a very neutral to sweet malt flavour. Precious little specific aroma’s, even when (again!) the cold isn’t helping. Light to medium bodied, quite slick. Too fade for my preferences.

Bottle (ZBF2008) (sip)
Rich amber, small head. Good malty body, sweet, and with decent hops too. Refreshing and crisp for a sweet beer.
