Commercial Description:
Fruli is a high quality Belgian white beer blended with pure fruit juice. The strawberry juice compliments the zesty fruitiness of the wheat beer and the result is a natural, soft and refreshing drink that is simply delicious!

Pinkish blush with a thinning slick of suds. Succulent strawberry snout. Full fruit juicy sweetness with a balancing hint of acidity and bitterness in the finish. Refreshing and natural-tasting, but any wheat beer character is completely smothered by the strawberry. Top quality alcopop.

Uber-berry scent. Some hops, very sweet smell. Golden red with a slight pinkishness. Insanely sweet taste right on the tongue. Tart bite quickly thereafter. High carbonation. A little too sweet and tart. Similar to sour worms.

Has the color of and smells like strawberry jam. Not much else to the aroma. Upon tasting, the first impression is pure strawberries and then gives way to.... not really sure. Can’t really get a sense of the wheat beer. Too sweet for my palate. Cheers!

A strawberry beer. Looks like a glass of Bloody Mary, smells of strawberry. Remember those sackets of instant fizzy drinks you could buy all those years ago? They have returned as a beer. Not a terribly good idea. Tastes of strawberry and sugar, and it is probably something to push to the alcopop crowd. Outrageously expensive, too. (Porterhouse Covent Garden)

bottle@ Bier Bistro Tdizzle. A fruit beer. nuff said. Not my cup of tea, but my friend likes it, and thats cool because its down to what u like. Very artificial pink in colour and taste like some bubbly fruity concauction. It’s hampered my already poor spelling. strawberries, pineapple, grapes, with a mild vinous, but perhaps by accident. overall, it’s cool my friend likes it, and thats all that matters right?

250 ml Bottle: Tried on a friend’s recommendation after I saw it inside a walk-in Beer Store in Brampton. Pours very creamy pink with a loose pink head. Aroma of strawberries, lemon, pineapple, and yeast; it’s just a bunch of sugar! Flavour is almost pop-like, with a harsh mouthfeel I found it difficult to enjoy. You’re looking at lots of dry strawberry and lemon, hints of other citrus fruits, with some definite light wheat beer and yeast there. But it’s very much on the "soda" scale, and not something I’m anxious to sample again.

I really liked this brew. It was really quite sweet (though not overly cloying) and it has some mild complexity with its malt body. LOTS of strawberry flavor here - sure it’s an additive extract, but it tastes great so what the hell! I’d love to know what the base beer is. Enjoyed it a lot.
