UPDATED: JAN 7, 2007 Re-rating: hazy dark peach with a strawberry aroma of cider and a taste of cider akin to strawberry. I don’t know what I got out of it the first time but this is a mess.

This wheat pours a reddish, cloudy colour with a white rocky head. This beer is has a very strong strawberry smell thats like candy or jam with a hint of alcohol. First taste was quite carbonated but extremely sweet, like they watered down jam. The finish was slightly bitter and the palate was like I just ate a jam sandwich. Ehh?

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2005 Very cloudy neon pink beer with a thin white head. Very strong strawberry and light spice aroma. Flavour is almost all strawberry with a hint of coriander. Very sweet finish. I wouldn’t say that this is bad, but the sweetness really puts you off after half a pint. I couldn’t finish it.

red colour. the only thing I get from this beer is strawberries and strawberry bubblegum. would pair great with strwberry bubblicious. I think I got a cavity...

Dirty colour like heavily watered down chocolate milk. Nice fluffy head. Smells like a freshly opened can of frozen strawberries. Sweet strawberry juice flavour. Might be nicer on a hot day over ice.

Body is hazy with a reddish hue. Nice pinky head thats frothy and large. Aroma is all wheat and strawberries. Taste is dominated by strawberries but accented with a wheaty flavour. Very sweet. A nice beer to sip on during a hot day but I don’t think I could take more than 1 due to the sweetness.

Bottle: Poured a red colored beer with almost no head or even carbonation. Taste is overpowered by strawberry and sugar. Taste is also taken over by the strawberry and the sugar, or maybe I should say the strawberry juice since I have hard time believing real strawberry were added to this mix. No malt or hops are noticeable in this mixture. Overall, I guess if you don’t expect to drink what is usually known as beer, you can enjoy this somewhat refreshing drink on a very hot summer day.

Sample taken from 250ml brown bottle. Red orange. Pinkish head. Strawberry aroma. Starts of sweet, spritzy mouthfeel. Ends tart. Reminds me of a wine cooler.

Murky red-orange. Pink head. Potent, artificial aroma of strawberry jam. Sugary, cloying feel. Very sweet strawberry flavour (not quite as artificial as on the nose) w/ a slight wheat sapor & a hint of tartness in the finish.
