Commercial Description:
Fruli is a high quality Belgian white beer blended with pure fruit juice. The strawberry juice compliments the zesty fruitiness of the wheat beer and the result is a natural, soft and refreshing drink that is simply delicious!

WRY FRUIT BARRELS ! The Fruli Strawberry does what is says it on the tin. It serves a purpose and does it pretty well. It isnt what I want to drink though and therefore didnt really let me down. Its sweet, sweet and sweet, so expect to lose your teeth drinking too much of this nectar !

Bottle at the Sharp Edge, 05.02.09. Pours opaque orange pink, thin off white head. Aroma is tart strawberry. Flavor is malty, strawberry, vanilla, whipped cream. This tastes kind of a like a wine cooler. Super disappointing.

Cloudy, rusty red to near copper with a light pinkish head. The smell up front is like strawberry jam with some floral notes. The taste was sweet strawberries up front with a bubblegum finish. There was also a little bit of soda water. Strange beer that isn’t quite sweet or fruit flavored enough to replace a pop. However, it is close to one of those fruit flavored carbonated waters.

250th rating of this brew. Pours a pinkish red with a tan head. Nose is sweet and pretty full of strawberry for a beer so lowly rated. Though I can appreciate the strawberry soda/strawberry candy comments, its not a real strawberry flavor, guessing its syrup or juice (oh I see it is juice) probably from Concentrate if you ask me.Taste is sweet and strawberry too sweet, but more drinkable than I would have guessed worth while to try blending with something bigger perhaps.

Bottle thanks to Mar. Pours a nice looking amber with white head. Aroma of great strawberry. Flavor of strawberry soda. Mouth feel is light body with high carbonation. Overall, very good but too sweet. Seems more like a strawberry soda..still a nice pool side beer.....kinda generic though...

Bottle Pours a cloudy red with okay white head. The head deminishes quickly and has a little lacing. Aroma is wheat and strawberry. Taste is sweet with some beer touches. Has a good carbonation. The mouthfeel is okay but very sweet. Has a light body and hints of belgain. An average finish. This probally isn’t my cup of tea.

8.2 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy reddish orange with a half finger pinkish head that leaves spotty lacing. The nose is sour wheat and sweet strawberries. The taste is wheat, strawberry soda and spice. Lighter prickly mouthfeel. Really interesting beer. Would be very refreshing if not for the overly sweet fake strawberry candy flavor. New Glarus should try this with real strawberries!
