COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fruli is a high quality Belgian white beer blended with pure fruit juice. The strawberry juice compliments the zesty fruitiness of the wheat beer and the result is a natural, soft and refreshing drink that is simply delicious!

Bottled at Wetherspoons world of beer promo. Cloudy pink with pink head. What on earth is happening here? Fruity sweet concoction that if I didn’t have the bottle in my hands I would not have said was beer. Its a sweet sticky cheap fruit juice that is placed in probably a cheap Belgian Witt. Disgusting, but gets the od mark for novelty and aroma.

[bottle from LCBO] Pours a cloudy, strawberry-pink with a filmy white cover that clings to the side. I also managed to get a piece of the red foil on the head. Smells like sweet strawberry but a little artificial-like, with a touch of malt. Flavour is very sweet, strawberry juice with some unpleasant, lingering vegetal character. Really not dry or sour enough--way too sweet. Lowish carbonation and sticky sweet--I can get almost the same thing, minus alcohol, from the corner store.

Pours orange colour. Light creamy pink head goes away pretty quickly. Strawberry aroma is pretty evident. One could call this one the better half of sparkling wine. Refreshing.

Murky reddish-orange. Head disappeared quickly. Strawberry jam aroma. Sweet, with a slightly tart finish. More of a sipping beer. Better than the few other fruit flavored beers I’ve tried, but it’s not something I would drink regularily.

Hazy dark grapefruit juice with a thin white head. Aroma of strawberry Certs or slushy. In mouth, too sweet with unfruity lactic points, astringent in character. Cloying and unpleasant. From the Beer Store...why???

Pours very cloudy red with a pink head (Now there’s a first!!!!). Strawberries and raspberry aroma with notes of citrus fruits. Flavour is very sweet strawberry with a tart finish. Mouthfeel is very sticky & thick. My wife enjoyed this one quite a bit more than I did - She finished it for me...

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2011 Pink milkshake colour with lots of foam. Very strawberry aroma, enough real strawberry with the actual fruit bits, that the beer is disguised. Satisfying, well carbonated. Good fruity dessert aftertaste.I am not running after fruit beers, but this was the most natural of the many presented this summer in Ontario. Truly strawberry, still not 100% natural.

Bottle at Maison in NYC. Poured a ivory small head that mostly diminished, fine-large sized bubbles, poor lacing, no visible carbonation, and an orange hue. Sweet strawberry aroma and a sweet, sour, strawberry flavor. Refreshing and smooth. Smooth, dry mouthfeel. Light body.

Short rating....Tasted in Toronto, obtained from LCBO. Tasted in raftman snifter. Appearance is strawberry red, foamy with a disturbing opaqueness. Aroma of sweet fruit, manufactured rubbish and intestinal squabble. Flavour is sweet, non-impressive yet lovely. Oh well.

We have this on tap at work, to tell you the truth, you don’t feel like your drinking a beer, it is however, refreshing, strong strawberry taste and goes down smooth, this is fine to have one pint but no more than that
