2.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
I found this beer gross. It smelled good but oh man it was awful. It looked and tasted like someone blended up rotten fruit roll ups and Hoegarden and served to me!

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
An unclear red beer with no head. The is very powerful sweet with strong notes of strawberries. The flavor is mainly of strawberries on a wheaty background, while the body is thin.

1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Muddy reddish-amber colour. One-dimensional strawberry aroma and flavour. Ultra sweet. Like jam on toast in a bottle.

1.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
250 ml bottle, best before Nov. 2006. Very cloudy light red colour with golden highlights and a lasting forthy white head. Looks like a carbonated raspberry smoothie. Sweetened strawberry kiwi(?) aroma. Tastes like mashed strawberries that have been sitting in the fridge a bit too long, or the juice leftover from thawing frozen strawberries, (my mother picked a lot of strawberries when I was younger) with some light rotting bitterness to go with the strawberry flavour. Full and thick mouthfeel, lightly fizzy.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: JAN 28, 2005 ***WARNING*** not a Fruit Lambic!! It is what it is - a very red, very "fruit forward" strawberry flavored Wit. The sweet berry flavor is natural, and if it’s well-chilled I can get through a syrupy half bottle before it goes back in the fridge. I bet some of the ladies would appreciate this more than typical beer drinkers. Instant party favor.

Not bad. I don’t see what all the complaints are about- especially since I’ve never been a big fan of Lindeman’s Lambic.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Cloudy dark peach body topped with a fair pale pink foamy head. Nose is dominated by a strong strawberry aroma, and so is the taste. Despite honest efforts, I haven’t been able to detect any hint of malt or hops. Tastes like Jell-O before you store it in the refrigerator, which is pleasant, but not appropriate for a beer. Considering the high quality of many products brewed by Huyghe, this is truly deceiving...

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Hazy pale red in colour with a powerful nose of strawberry. Not much wheat beer quality to this one (no yeasty or wheaty flavors), just overpowering sweet strawberry cand flavorsy. Not completely offensive, but not really "beer like" enough for me.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft at the Lowlander Cafe in London. Hazed red body. Nose is strong sweetened strawberry . Almost like strawberry jam. Taste is strawberried malt and sucrose and is jelly-like. Strong taste of berries throughout. Body is overcarbonated, it seems. Finish is more sweetened berries.
