COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fruli is a high quality Belgian white beer blended with pure fruit juice. The strawberry juice compliments the zesty fruitiness of the wheat beer and the result is a natural, soft and refreshing drink that is simply delicious!

Solid pink/red. No head or lacing. Easy drinking, pretty light. Good strawberry flavor. Not much else. Slighly tart in the finish. 071512

Pours dark, cloudy blood, very much like you’d expect an unfiltered ’white’ beer to look like with strawberry juice added. Tiny pink head. The smell is incredibly sweet, almost completely sugary strawberries (another reviewer likened it to strawberry jam, I like this comparison). There is some faint malt buried beneath the strawberry sugar aroma. Taste is lighter than expected -- while the nose is very sweet strawberry syrup, the beer finishes as a blonde ale or wheat. Sweet citrus lingers on the palate. Tasty, but not incredibly balanced -- especially in the aroma.

We have this on tap at work, to tell you the truth, you don’t feel like your drinking a beer, it is however, refreshing, strong strawberry taste and goes down smooth, this is fine to have one pint but no more than that

Pours very cloudy red with a pink head (Now there’s a first!!!!). Strawberries and raspberry aroma with notes of citrus fruits. Flavour is very sweet strawberry with a tart finish. Mouthfeel is very sticky & thick. My wife enjoyed this one quite a bit more than I did - She finished it for me...

Small bottle, surprised at the low alcohol %age. Head disappears quickly. Taste is very sweet, this would be a good "desert beer", but not suitable for real drinking. Mouthfeel is good and the finish is pleasant. Not too bad at all!

Bottle. Poured a strawberry color with a small white head. Smelled very strongly of strawberry. Was slightly tart with a strong sugary flavor.

250ml bottle into a chalice. Not sure quite what to make of this. Pours a hazy pinkish orange with minimal head. Pleasant sweet strawberry nose, with a sweet fruit punch flavour. Reminds me of a wine cooler. Goes down easy. I could see having a couple of these on a hot summer afternoon, but not really my cup of tea if I’m just looking for a single evening brew.

I was expecting a more red colour to this, but personally think colour means nothing. It smells very nice indeed and has a flavour that makes for a thoroughly drinkable beer. It’s sweetness also lends itself to a topping for ice cream.
