Lilywhite (3), Preston, Lancashire, England does not count Oct 5, 2008 From bottle and tap, I love this beer. So light and refreshing with a lovely fruity palate. cyrenaica (435), Milton, Ontario, Canada Jul 7, 2007 I tried this beer at the ’Beer Bistro’ restaurant in Toronto on June 21, 2007. The beer was poured by the waiter. It had a strong unmistakably strawberry aroma that captured me right away. It was a dark red in the glass. The mouthfeel was very champagne like. The taste was very good. A truly enjoyable beer. FROTHINGSLOSH (1961), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 11, 2009 Sampled on draft at D’s in Monroeville PA this beer poured a murky pinkish brown color with a small white head. The aroma was strong strawberry Jam and cream. The flavor was strong real strawberries and cream with a long strawberry finish. Most strawberry beer end up tasting rather artificial but this one was remarkably like real strawberries. Sadly, most folks on this site instinctively hate fruit beer as they never get a fair shake here. This beer was excellent. Sammy (3934), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 25, 2005 Pink milkshake colour with lots of foam. Very strawberry aroma, enough real strawberry with the actual fruit bits, that the beer is disguised. Satisfying, well carbonated. Good fruity dessert aftertaste.I am not running after fruit beers, but this was the most natural of the many presented this summer in Ontario.
doublebock (196), USA Jan 11, 2008 Sweet fruity malty candy aroma. Color is hazy orange-amber. A bit flat, Tart strawberry orange flavor without much hops to speak of. Hints of cotton candy. Not the best belgian strawbeer but doesn’t deserve this low of a rating. KornDogg (168), Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 30, 2009 I really enjoyed this beer... Very sweet aroma with light reddish hue to it with medium head... very tart yet sweet strawberry flavor.. very smooth... could be over powering for some, but I felt that it was very refreshing and different RichardGretton (3128), Leicestershire, England Apr 8, 2008 Bottle. Quite a bright reddish brown beer with a light head. The aroma is very fruity and the flavour is full fruit and quite thick. Overall a very nice strawberry beer - more complex than the norm.
