COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fruli is a high quality Belgian white beer blended with pure fruit juice. The strawberry juice compliments the zesty fruitiness of the wheat beer and the result is a natural, soft and refreshing drink that is simply delicious!

Pours out red with a big slightly pink head, smells of strawberry, nothing but strawberry...tastes like a witbier with strawberry added...I personally don’t like witbiers at all but at least it’s better than Blue Moon or Shock Top

Bottled. Lovely strawberry aroma but not very lively in the glass. Strawberry taste but quite sweet lacking some tartness and depth. Underlying white beer was not very prominent.

Pours bright red with a light pink head. Aroma is strawberry, as is the flavor, with some bitterness in the finish to let you know it’s a beer. Never been a fan of fruit beers, but there’s nothing really wrong with this if they’re your cup of tea.

250ml bottle. Pours a cloudy, ugly deep reddish sort of colour with little head and lace. Smells like some sort of stawberry Fruitopia-type juice with no beer character at all. Tastes a little less like fruit juice but there’s still no discernible beer character. A little cloying on the palate too. Possibly worth it for the novelty or if you’re looking to get a four year-old trashed.

Bottle 25cl. Dark red, hazy with a minimal head. Aroma; Well, strawberry. Flavor; again, strawberries, like some candy.... Well, is this a beer? More like a cider, but ok taste..

Bottle at Fox and Crown, Nottingham. Small white foam. Color of strawberry lemonade. Overpowering aroma of strawberries. Fruit sweetness dominates the taste. Nothing for a beer lover but for kids that want to get drunk.

Hmmmm, strawberry frozen yoghurt, strawberry Starburst, really sweet and candy-ish, way too sweet to be taken seriously, but not a total loss, some tartness, but its too sweet, like Belle-vues sweetened fruit beers.

Murky red-orange. Pink head. Potent, artificial aroma of strawberry jam. Sugary, cloying feel. Very sweet strawberry flavour (not quite as artificial as on the nose) w/ a slight wheat sapor & a hint of tartness in the finish.

250 ml bottle, best before Nov. 2006. Very cloudy light red colour with golden highlights and a lasting forthy white head. Looks like a carbonated raspberry smoothie. Sweetened strawberry kiwi(?) aroma. Tastes like mashed strawberries that have been sitting in the fridge a bit too long, or the juice leftover from thawing frozen strawberries, (my mother picked a lot of strawberries when I was younger) with some light rotting bitterness to go with the strawberry flavour. Full and thick mouthfeel, lightly fizzy.

Pint poured at The Porterhouse in Covent Garden (London) - shared with The GrandMistress. A light raspberry red colour - looks like a smoothie to me. Quite a sharp and tangy aroma with fizzy raspberry in the mouth. My lady liked it, I wasn’t so impressed.
