COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fruli is a high quality Belgian white beer blended with pure fruit juice. The strawberry juice compliments the zesty fruitiness of the wheat beer and the result is a natural, soft and refreshing drink that is simply delicious!

Pours cloudy dark pink, the head its self is also a light pink. The nose was a strong strawberry juice. Came across the palate strong strawberry with maltiness a nice tart finish. Very good fruit beer will be trying again. I would recommend it to any woman who claims they don’t like beer.

Aroma: strawberries, butter. Appearance: hazy red amber color, nice white head. Taste: no bitterness, like strawberry juice, slightly sour. Palate: low body and high carbonation, sweet finish. Overall: funny juice.

This drinks like a melted strawberry fruit pop. Its sweet and flavorful, but doesn’t feel like beer.

250 ml bottle @ Urban Element Ottawa. Pours a hazy pink with a small white head. Aroma is not subtle in the least, like strawberry flavoured hard candy. Taste is identical with the sweetness dominating. Effervescent with a medium length sweet finish. I can see how this beer has its place with desserts or for those who simply don’t enjoy more traditional beers but as a beer geek it’s definitely not for me.

Tasted at Stanley’s Beer and Bacon Fest - May 17th, 2014 during Art-A-Whirl in Northeast. Notes were a bit light.

Bottle (Thanks Jim & Josee). From the bottle. Sweet red fruit flavour. Not subtle. Pleasant finish to a warm summer’s evening.

I am a fruit beer fan, but this is a great beer that borders a lambic! A highly recommended beer for all the fruit beer lovers out there!!

330 ml bottle. Pours a red colour with a small, short lived off-white head. Sweet aroma of strawberries and sugar. Very sweet flavour of strawberries, sugar, mild wheat and a dry, sticky, artificial finish. Light body with watery texture and soft carbonation.

On tap. Smells of strawberry soda, and tastes of strawberry soda. Pours a unnatural looking red, with quite a lively carbonation. Not horrible, but just way too sweet. I don’t like my juices to be this sweet.

Tap at Cape of Good Hope, Oxford. A red color with some foam forming on top. Aroma is expectedly very one-sided, not much else than strawberry. Taste is sweet and similar to (bulk) Belgian krieks, also a bit lemonade-like impression. The palate is light-bodied with a fizzy carbonation. Strangely drinkable but one try might still be enough for me.

Pours hazy red with a white head. Aroma and taste is strawberries. Doesn't really tastes like beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
