Nose: citrus, hops, oxidation already (over expiration date)
Taste: Hops, citrus, fruits. It was a lot better younger.
This way I wouldn’t give it over 3.2.
But the young version deserved a 3.5

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hoppy, grass, moderate yeasty, soap, spicy, light cheesy. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120330]

75cl bottle thanks to Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellow color, full sized white head that leaves a fair lacing. Smells a bit like a saison. Taste malts, metal, earthy. Low to medium carbo, low to medium body.

Hazy yellow colour, decent white head. Smells herbs, malts, spices. Tastes malty, some iron, boring. Quite a lot of carbo, medium body. Very much iron in the taste.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy golden with a rich white head. Yeasty, tart fruity nose. Medium body, very dry and astringent hops with quite some yeast. Really a surprising hoppiness. 310312

Bottle @ FOneFan. Deep golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast and hops. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, hops, grass, little spicy and medium bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a white head with small floaties. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 300312

(Bottled, 0.75l) Opaque golden with a medium, firm and white head. Very fresh aroma of Poperinge hop fields - flowery, grassy, fruity. Flowery-herby-hoppy flavor with dandelions and fresh fruit, with some wheaty sourness. Medium body, very refreshing, soft CO2. Hommelbier meets Pissenlit - very fresh and highly drinkable. 4545

Bottle at Hasselt Beer Festival, Hasselt, Limburg, Belgium 12.11.11 in company of Loz, Jackie, Simon and David. Some egginess showing both on the nose and in the mouth, which rather took me by surprise. Soft in mouth with nice carbonation. Hazy gold in colour with a little yeast in suspension, smooth, touch of spice and warmth coming through, but mostly I get, a little fruitiness against a background of yeast. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0
