(Bottled, 0.75l) Opaque golden with a medium, firm and white head. Very fresh aroma of Poperinge hop fields - flowery, grassy, fruity. Flowery-herby-hoppy flavor with dandelions and fresh fruit, with some wheaty sourness. Medium body, very refreshing, soft CO2. Hommelbier meets Pissenlit - very fresh and highly drinkable. 4545

Bottle at Hasselt Beer Festival, Hasselt, Limburg, Belgium 12.11.11 in company of Loz, Jackie, Simon and David. Some egginess showing both on the nose and in the mouth, which rather took me by surprise. Soft in mouth with nice carbonation. Hazy gold in colour with a little yeast in suspension, smooth, touch of spice and warmth coming through, but mostly I get, a little fruitiness against a background of yeast. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

2/07/2011 75cl bottle @ Oostendse Bierjutterij (2011-300)

Clear yellow beer, white creamy head, bit stable, very adhesive, nice lacing. Aroma: citrus, candi sugar, grassi. MF: good carbon, full body. Taste: citrus, bit of pineapple, lemon zest, bitter hops. Aftertaste: hop bitter, bit malty, citrus, nice dry ending. Maybe not very unique or original, but a really flavourful beer, especially for only 6% ABV!

Disappointing. Lacking in flavour what it promises in its nose. Not at all pleasing.

Draught - poured by the brewery representative!!! - with half the rincing water still in the glass! Medium, dirty off-white head over fully hazed orange-mossy beer. Clover, grassy notes, very fresh-smelling. Dry, more malty/grainy than hoppy, but the (Eu) hops lurk beneath. Some fruity esters, as from nectarine. Sharpish, well-carbonated MF, not very heavy body. OK, but not really original.
