Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, acidic - sour notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light bitter and sour notes with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (040908)

(On tap) Slightly hazy golden with a nice off-white head leaving laces. Fresh and floral nose. Medium body with fruit and malt and a dry, lightly bitter finish. 220808

On tap at the brewpub. A slightly hazy golden beer with a dense white head leaving nice lacings. Weak, sweetish nose with a sourish hint. Pale malt, orange-notes and apple as well in the aroma. The flavor is sweet and fruity, with ripe fruits, plum mostly, apples and a touch of bitterness. Slightly papery mouthfeel, medium fullness, and quite sliky. Fruity finish with a modest bitterness. A drinkable beer, but utterly boring, and I’m not sure of the tap line sanitation here either. (080822)

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of straw and hops - rather clean. The flavor is sweet mlaty with strong notes of straw and fruit - especially citrus fruits, but also with a touch of diacethyl, leading to a dry straw bitter finish. The mouthfeel is quite sparkling. Somewhat thin for a Dortmunder.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a lacing off-white head. Sweet hoppy and malty aroma. Flavour is mild fruity and sweet with a mild berry like note. Light fruity finish with a mild brewmash note. And light bitterness. Lingering malty base flavour too.

Draught at the brew-pub. Creamy white good fully lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Slightly soapy but nice grassy notes aswell. Moderate bitter flavor with strong herbie and grassy notes. Quite nice and refreshing. Regarding the ABV fantastic creamy palate. Maybe not a dortmunder but a nice beer it is.
