3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: MAY 18, 2014 Tap at wvhnb. Hazy golden with nice white head. Smoke, funk, sour grapes, sweet grains, spices, lemon. Hmmm like a smoked lambic maybe? Very nice!
Heard that it was infected and really did not turn out like planned, but for me it works great.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy very dark orange color, full sized thick a bit creamy beige head that lasts for a decent while and leaves fair to good lacing. Aroma is malts, lightly smoke, pretty fruity, mostly red currant, lightly peat. Taste malts, red currant, light to moderately peated malts, a bit dry finish. Pretty hard to describe. Lingering lightly peated flavor. Medium to full bodied, medium carbonation. Not my style, but very nicely balanced.
