2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
500 ml bottle. Deep golden pour. Nose is fairly sweet with a soft pale maltiness. There is a bit of faint caramel and a bit of grassiness, but it is also very peppery. Softly sweet and not really all that great. Meh.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can, 9%. Caramelly aroma, slightly sweet. Clear dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is sweet, slightly spicy, a lot like Karpackie Mocne, but a lot more alcohol in the finish. Quite rough.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Deep golden, orange-amber color with medium sized, but quickly diminishing frothy off-white head. Fruity, ripe apples, pears, syrupy malt in the aroma.
Mostly sweet, maltose syrupy, toasted malty, caramel flavors. Slightly hoppy, phenolic abrupt alcohol finish. Medium bodied, watery texture, intense carbonation. Not bad, but could be better.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
50 cl can thanks to my uncle. BB 06-06-2009. Clear golden color, white head. Sweet, malty, spicy, some alcohol scent. Sweet, spicy, phenolic, alcohol taste. Sort of, but not all the way, reminds me of a sugary semi-ok Belgian Triple. Much better than expected. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can, 50 cl, thanks gnoff. Clear deep golden, rich white head. Malty and fudgy, only slightly alcoholic with a peppery touch, , some vague dusty hops. Medium bodied and smooth. A bit too sweet. Still one of the better strong pale lagers out there.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled(500ml). -as Karpackie 9%
Dark golden coloured, medium sized white head, few streams of carbonation. The nose...glue with touch of fruits. Sweet malty, cardboard and faint fruity taste, alcohol is dominant. Easy drinkable for Polish ESL and definitely one of the better I’ve tried.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle (Karpackie 9%) courtesy of and shared with ogivlado (thanks!)
Poured a very nice deep orange-amber body with a medium to big thick white head that didn’t go away fast. Faint nose, some light lemony notes, dust and apple. The big, sweet, almost sticky maltiness and alcohol show up immediately in the taste but are never overwhelming nor offensive. The taste is light for the strength and remarkably soft. It gets cut off fast though and leaves almost no aftertaste, possibly making it even more drinkable. Simple, no hop, but there are far worse choices when you want to get wasted on beer.
