It has a light yellow hue, with a decent white head. It has a sweet, corn aroma. It has a slightly sweet taste, with a slightly dry finish. It does not taste like it has a lot of alcohol in it, so I was shocked that it was 9%. Overall not a great beer, but plain, strong lager it gets the job done.

Fairly nice, golden brown appearance w/ decent head. Has that traditional Pils smell w/ a hint of funk. Taste like a classic Pils, mixed with malt liquor... certainly nothing to write home about, but it IS smooth. Very smooth for 9%.

500ml bottle, $2. Pours a deep clear gold with no head. The aroma is very muted, but what I do get consists of sweet corn and alcohol. Taste is sweet, almost no bitterness. Flavors of sweet corn, some caramel. Alcohol is barely noticeable. Hops are almost non-existent. Finish is sweet and syrupy. Not that bad, actually. Pretty decent boost.

Shared with wim at wim’s place. Clear dark amber colored beer, with small white head and only few carbonation. Alcoholic malty aroma. Medium sparkling palate. Finish is sweet fruited ending bitter alcoholic.

Bote de 500ml. Vaso Lager. 500ml Can. Lager glass. Bright amber color, clear appearance. The white froth forms a close but brief crown. Sugary – brown sugar & honey- aromas with some diacetyl & apple notes. Sweetish & herbal upfront. Light to medium body. Moderately high carbonation. Warming alcohol. Sweet malty & dried finish. Pretty correct if compared to other Euro Strong Pale Lager.

500ml bottle (Tesco, Zywiec)
Pretty rough ML aroma, dull and pretty sweet. Even rougher ML taste. Eww, this is super. Anna completed that sentence for me, it wouldn’t have been my choice of words. Fusel overload.

Bottle. Quickly: this tastes like amped up Red Stripe. Nice faintly sweet caramel on the tongue. You can’t tell this is 9% alcohol at all. I will drink this again if I find it.
