2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Lots of yeasty aromas with a hint of citrus. Pours a slightly cloudy lemon straw colour. Lots of clove and spice flavours with hints of lemon and orange. This beer is similar to Blue Moon where a slice of orange would improve the experience.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
341 ml bottle courtesy of Eyrish... thanx for giving up one of your summer sippers T-Rae! Unclear straw yellow, foamy white head settles slowly and mostly lasts. Nice fruity nose of citrus, banana and wit yeast. Spritzy tropical fruit taste, banana and wit, some faint spice and yeastiness. Lively carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Tasty local effort. 2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
(355ml bottle) Part of a 6-pack purchased at BC Liquor Store (Fairfield) for around $12. Pours a medium frothy white head atop a highly carbonated light golden body. Nose of mild banana. Flavour is somewhat tonic, watery wet wheat, banana, some yeasty finish. Good, maybe a tad bitter across the palate. Okay for a hot day.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sample at Picaroon's Brewer's Bash. Nice summer weiss. Wheat, citrus, lemon, light spice. Little thin, but that is normal for the style. Good enough for hot weather.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Like a summer shandy. Pours an ugly clear yellow. Smells great, like lemon. Lots of lemon in the taste too, refreshing, but can get a little intense. Had on tap at Whet in Vancouver.

Aroma is grassy and citrusy with a bit of banana. First sip has lots of carbonation and fizz." Light with a faint sweetness, more citrus, wheat and banana taste. Next to no aftertaste. A patio beer. Update: this year it tastes much more bland than I remember. Underwhelming.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Definitely the best beer I had at the brewery. Pours cloudy gold with some good head and lacing. Nice banana and even some bubblegum in aroma. Soft yeast and carbonation. Well done German hefeweizen, reminds me of Denisons weissbeer in Toronto. Finishes sweet and sour with good balance.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
pours a light golden color with a bit of a wispy white head. And aroma of spent grains, bread, light citrus notes. A light citrus fruit taste with a bit of bitterness and pure grain malt flavors. A fairly decent blonde, but pretty boring.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
2 - 4 oz samples tried at VCBW at the Salt Building in Vancouver, BC pours a light golden color with a small white head with virtually no lacing left behind. Aroma is cereal grains and mild citrus. Taste is a light citrus hop bitterness with a cereal grainy malty sweetness. Light in body and carbonation. A decent blonde ale that is worthy of sampling a few times.
