330mL can, pours a clear copper with a large white head. Aroma brings out loads of blackberries, maybe a bit of Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out a mix of moderate blackberries and Belgian yeast. Pleasant enough but rather bland. Decent stuff.

The Great BrewDad Victoria Pub Crawl 2014 - Super fruit flavor added to a light Saison. Nice Belgian yeast and finish.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy golden color. Mild aroma of berries, sweet, light puke. Just some light residual sweetness, with some malt flavor and light berry flavor; ordinary bitterness.
Anonymous. But not bad.

Gold, with a blackberry taste. Light pale malt character, with a touch of yeasty spiciness, and white pepper. Not bad.

Visual: Pours golden with a slightly reddish hue, a nice sizable lasting head, some lacing, a decent layer of foamy retention, tight clusters of fast activity. Nose: Sour fruity blackberries/fieldberries with minor sour acidic funk (lvl-5)-pungency Attack: sharp crisp, cream-fizzy Mid-palate: (lvl-3)-sweetness, (MAIN) wheat malts, lager sweetness, minor blackberry Finish: coriander dry, yeasty, CO2 bloatedness, fruity metallic thin-bodied half-rough finish. Summary: Not bad; it doesn’t scream saison nor blackberry, just somewhere in the middle. It lacks carry, body, and the finish ain’t so smooth.

Bomber. Clear amber orange, vanishing foamy off-white head. Berry fruity aroma, hints of spice and yeast. Tart berry fruity taste all but overwhelms the faint spicy Saison yeast and mild malt. Well carbonated, lighter bodied, low hopped. A nicer fruit beer. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)

Poured from 650mL bottle. Clear golden yellow with a subtle pinkish hue, white soapy head. Fairly active bottle. Blackberry and wheat aroma. Same to taste. Blackberry really comes through. Quite a light body though with very little finish. Not a saison, more of a fruit beer.

650ml bottle. Tawny amber with thin beige head. Blackberry/wheat aroma, light spice notes. Taste is sweet/tart blackberry. Dry, smooth and balanced. Minimally saison-esque, but has enough complexity and nuance to make it worthwhile. A decent fruit beer like this is a rare treat.

Tap, brewery. Pours a clear dark gold with a small wispy white head that faded to a thin film. The nose is super fruity with tons of berries, maybe a touch of malt makes it past. The flavor is berry overload, no Saison in here at all by my tastes. The berry is clean and natural tasting though. Absolutely no trace of any influence in the flavor from the yeast. Slightly sticky and clingy with fizzy carbonation. Nice lingering fruitiness. OK fruit beer, but a pretty terrible Saison.
