Sample during the 10th Annual Day Before Labor Day Party on 09/06/2015. Clear copper color with a medium off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of berries, earthy yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a mild blackberry aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can. Clear golden pour with a quickly dissipating head. Some sweet blackberry, a hint of wheat malt, but mostly just tastes like a generic pale ale - really not sure they can call this a saison. Blackberry note is decent, but that's the only positive.

Light yellow body not much head or lacing. A touch of reddish colour. Sweet berry aroma. Taste is lager malt type with a touch of black berry. Watery. Way too subtle to be interesting.

Pours a hazy sunny yellow. Nice bright BlackBerry aromas come out. Especially once it sits a bit. You get those Belgian farm house flavours along with a refreshing berry finish. Thin and a bit watery though.

Pours effervescent coppery gold with thin white head that dissipates quickly to resemble a light rosé. Nose is blackberries with minor funkiness. There are more berries and less funk on the palate, some yeast with just a touch of coriander. The saison notes are minor, making this almost a lager, but there’s just enough to restrain the sweet malts. A bit of creaminess augments what otherwise is a thin body, resulting in a refreshing summery beer. This is a fruit beer for people who like fruit beer, but it’s not so sweet that it would put off lager drinkers. Not complex, but one could easily toos back a couple on a hot day.

Draft - Estery fruit and some Blackberry. Clear gold with a small white head. Blueberry and estery Belgian notes. Why would someone want this?

330mL can, pours a clear copper with a large white head. Aroma brings out loads of blackberries, maybe a bit of Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out a mix of moderate blackberries and Belgian yeast. Pleasant enough but rather bland. Decent stuff.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy golden color. Mild aroma of berries, sweet, light puke. Just some light residual sweetness, with some malt flavor and light berry flavor; ordinary bitterness.
Anonymous. But not bad.
