2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20 pictoman (100) - British Columbia, CANADA - APR 14, 2013
Poured from 650mL bottle. Clear amber colour with minimal white head, fair bit of carbonation. Very full gingerbread aroma - spices: clove, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg. Flavoured the same, but extremely mild, literally watery, can barely taste anything. Friend tried it and said, "Where’s all the flavour?!"
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20 WheatKing (744) - Oak Bay, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 13, 2013
A very simple beer with the gingerbread spices. Nutmeg and cinnamon makes it a bit interesting, but overall way too thin. Like a pumpkin beer without the pumpkin. Or malt. Not for me.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Lagerboy (705) - British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 10, 2013
Clear medium copper, pillowy off white head slowly settles into a lasting creamy cap. Pungent baking spice aroma and.... not much else. Taste is all spices with some clove, ginger and watery malts. Lively carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Thin and festive, okay for what it is. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 RumRunner101 (412) - Alberta, CANADA - NOV 30, 2012
Pours a murky brown. Spicy aroma of ginger, cinnamon, a little bit of roasted malt. Flavour is very gingerbread like. Surprise! Not too heavy or cloying, but well put together. I definitely couldn’t drink a lot of this, but a glass is a nice treat.
2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 LarryBeast (278) - - NOV 28, 2012
650ml bottle. Ruby/amber with foamy head. Aroma is all spice -- cinnamon and nutmeg dominate. Taste is less pronounced -- like a slightly muted, malty gingerbread, tinged with cloves. Very thin mouthfeel. Different, but not something I would go back to.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 fiulijn (12360) - Malmö, DENMARK - MAR 14, 2012
Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver Dark amber color, small head. Light aroma of cloves. Some caramel flavor, but very strong flavor of cloves (and then nutmeg and cinnamon) to overwhelm anything else. Too much, unbalanced, out of control.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Oakes (10941) - Savusavu, FIJI ISLANDS - FEB 13, 2012
Draught @ St. Augustine’s. Hazy amber. The aroma has a lot of cinnamon and nutmeggy accents, as well as light amber maltiness. Gingery and cinnamony notes on the palate, with light malts again. Balanced, with a gingery finish.
