COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Much like Vancouver Islandís aerial firefighters, this twist on a traditional IPA will extinguish your thirst. This Bomber packs a full payload of hop power delivered on target with the smoothness of wheat malt. With a complex hop flavour balanced in flight with notes of fruit and spice, this beer isnít just for emergencies.

Bottle 650ml. Slightly unclear golden beer with a giant head. A very fruity aroma with in a second smell the hops. The taste is very hoppy and spicy. So mainly bitterness in the taste. When the beer warms up it gets more fruity. Itís medium carbonated.

Pours a light yellow cloudy colour with thick foamy white head. Aroma is citrus and cloves, corriander and yeast spice much like a Belgian witbier. The flavour starts cloves spicy yeast with a citrus hoppy finish medium bitterness and dry on the palate

Bomber poured a hazy gold with a large lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, spice, grapefruit, light yeast and light pepper. Plate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, lemon zest, white pepper, grapefruit zest and light yeast with a smooth dry bitter lingering peppery citrus finish.

Bomber. Unclear orange yellow, rocky white head settles and fades. Fruity Belgian yeasty spicy aroma. Tastes like a hopped up lighter fruity Belgian wit, citrus, clove, coriander and spices, lightly floral. Soft carbonation, medium bodied, moderately hopped. Not particularly a fan of this hybrid style, and this is no Chainbreaker. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)

Bottle - Sweet citrus and Belgian yeasts. Hazy yellow with bubbly head. Boozy yeast and bitterness that is a bit astringent. Not particularly refreshing or pleasant.

Very large head like a Belgian ale, with a good wit-style foggy yellow body. NIce coriander and wheat aroma with modest hops. Flavour is strong hoppiness with wheaty notes; this is more of a wit than a "white IPA", or maybe you just get a Belgian wit when you try and make a white IPA. Idunno, but itís not a bad brew at all.

Drank this walking to downtown Victoria hoping the bored police donít give me a ticket. Has elements of an IPA and hefeweizen. Pours cloudy blond with some good head and lacing. Aroma has a little citrus, some bread yeast. Really like a hoppy hefeweizen, but a decent hybrid overall. Finishes a little bitter. Carbonation between soft and fizzy. Bottle from brewery.

Pours cloudy yellow with thick white head. Nice sublte yeasty, spicy aroma. Initial taste was quite bitter and a tad sour. Not a well balanced beer in my opinion. Average carbonation with a rather bitter finish. I love white IPAís but just not this one.
