COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
9%vol. 33, 75 and 150cl Beer very amber in color, strong, nose fruity and delicate, soft and round with the palate; slightly hopped but correctly spiced (roasted chicory, coriander, and sweet orange peel, among other ingredients). Bottle fermented and complex. On the Port-y side fresh. Spiced distinctly with orange, corriander and chicory. Should cellar nicely.

Correct

sour OEC fest, this one was boring, well made but simple and boring, Some spices, some nougat and caramel, the rest is meh.

Bad beer. Aroma is dirt, cola, pepper, and coriander, taste is flabby dr pepper with not much going on that tastes right.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cochonnette, bottle at home. Chestnut brown colour, beige foamy head. Sweet malty tones dominate, sugary, spicy, liquorice, cough syrup. Short finish. Low carbonation, medium body.

Under name "Cochonnette" Dark amber with small beige head. Aroma of wilted apples. Taset of roasted caramel, wilted apples and unfortunately - strong presence of alcohol, what is unpleasent.

Tasted during Nepenthia. Nice orange peel up front, mild spice. Some earthy character. Caramel. Amber color. Thin off-white head. Bits of lace. Lots of particles in the body. Medium-plus body. Kind of slick. Lighter carbonation. Moderate sweet taste, mild bitter. Solid fruity belgian ale.

Bottle. 9.0%. No ’best before’ date. 10 cl. sample. Pours an unclear amber/brown with a light tan head. Good lacing. Sour and fruity aroma with a bit of brett. Light metallic overtone. Fruity flavour with a light sourness. Dry, bitter finish, a bit tart. Too much carbonation. Overall okay, but still kind of meh. 01.05.15.

Pour on tap at Falling Rock, hazy orange-red pour with off white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, some dark fruit into a bit of coriander, clove, some slight hints of oaky notes with a touch of toast. Taste was a mix of earth, grain, dough into a bit of caramel, some fruity notes into a bit of dark fruit, some red fruits, citrus, finishing slightly dry, slightly sweet.
