COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
9%vol. 33, 75 and 150cl Beer very amber in color, strong, nose fruity and delicate, soft and round with the palate; slightly hopped but correctly spiced (roasted chicory, coriander, and sweet orange peel, among other ingredients). Bottle fermented and complex. On the Port-y side fresh. Spiced distinctly with orange, corriander and chicory. Should cellar nicely.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar SF, August 2013. (sold as Cochonne speciale 2012) Hazy orange with a medium white head. Rather sweet aroma and taste of fruit, yeast, coriander and orange. The finish was on the dry side and a bit sour. Descent.

Bottle @ Deanís Birthday tasting, courtesy of worldbeertaste. Clear amber pour, almost headless. Funky sour aroma with some maltyness in there and ripe fruits. Flavor is quite sour and funky and light alcoholic. Very watery, fizzy mouthfeel.

Burgundy with a white non lacy, lasting ring, head. Smells of cordial berry - raspberry, orange, and spices. Medium oily body with soft carbonation. Tastes mostly of cranberry, malt, and a super berry finish. Some sourness.

Bottle at Deanís Birthday Tasting, August 2013. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is cranberry and yeast. The flavour is weak sour with some watery acidity on the lifeless palate. I didnít enjoy this.

330ml bottle at BXL East. Poured a hazy orange amber with, frankly, the most massive off-white head Iíve ever seen. This thing was out of control. Aroma is sweet and tart with lots of yeast. Taste had a number of notes to it: spice (coriander and chicory), orange, berries, yeast, must, funk and oak/wine/port. The finish was slightly sour and dry. The flavor profile of this was all over the place but it kind of worked for me. Interesting beer.
