Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and grass. The flavor is with notes of over ripe fruits, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry finish. I don’t think fig leaves are going to be a big hit in beer. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy and speaking, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sour malt, fruity, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, funky, barnyard, brett. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 75cl winecorked. It pours an almost clear body, amber in color and with a small, off-white head. Lightly bretty aroma with a light peppery touch. Pleasant but a bit boring. The flavor is citric and bretty, leather, barnyard and cellar. Not much bitterness to be found at any stage. Hints of dried fruits and black pepper. Medium body, quite dry, quite effervescent. A decent one, but nothing more. 111125
