Bottle, 75cl with both crown cap and wine cork. Semi-clear, golden in color and with a finger-thick, diminishing, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma has tropical fruits, dusty cellar hints, some berries, and a quite pleasant brett-touch. It’s very effervescent, medium bodied and dry, with flavors of lemon, some dusty cellar, a little touch of tropical fruits and some berries. Bitterness, some alcohol and brett in the end. Sure drinkable, but a bit going in all directions at the same time. 120218
