Opaque, peachy with a significant amount of either cork, globulous brownish chunks of a mix of both. Started off with a big white head that tapered off rather quickly.
Spicy aroma that I could only describe as wet bread with crubled up pieces of cork in a leather pouch left in a dusty attic. I liked it, honest!
The quite lively carbonation pushes the spicy sweetness right up front, really reminiscent of ginger ale, but with a slight musty aftertaste that played well with the sugary backbone. This is the kind of Beer where taste can vary wildly from one bottle to the next, this one turned out pretty good.

Aug 12, 2008 Clear golden of color with a longlasting white head. An aroma with spice, sweets, hops and dry notes. A flavor with sweets, spice, fruit and a weak dry finish. Hints of yest.

Jul 17, 2008 Bottle purchased at Pizza Port Carlsbad bottle shop. Wow lots and lots of bubbles. Huge head. First few sips were powerful with tart fruit, pepper, very light easy to drink. Later the flavors dissappeared on me. Still very refreshing on a hot southern California evening.
