Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark, almost black, nice head. Starts intense malty and quite sourish from the beginning. Modest fruity notes of plum. Finish well balanced, but still too sourish. Like the Naturtrüb much better.

Schade drum.Test vom 10.11.2008, Gebinde: Fass

Draft. A chestnut brown beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of caramel and bread. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of malt and caramel, combined with medium notes of bread and light notes of roasted malt, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A nice-looking one, clear and dark brown, with a small, beige head. Slighlty lemony on the nose, with a touch of roasted malts. Some bitterness, and quite metallic in the end. Medium to thin on the palate, pleasant carbonation. Not my favorite in any way, but quite drinkable. 110218
