May 30, 2007 Bottled. A light golden beer with a bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of straw, but also some hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of a boring hop sort, leading to a dry bready end with just a touch of acidity.

Soft bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Well-balanced initial soft malty sweetness combined with a herbal hop-character; moderately dry and bitter finish. Pleasant Pilsener.
