12 oz Nitro can from brewery (Experiment No. 3) Strong coffee notes in the aroma. Appearance is very dark brown black. Nice thick tan head. Lots of nitro action. Taste is lightly sweet at first with a lightly bitter finish. Creamy with coffee notes. Soft carbonation. Overall excellent coffee stout. Nice work with the nitro can.

Tap on nitro. Black with one finger dense head. Very light mouthfeel with solid coffee. Fairly dry finish.

On draft at Vault. Nice notes of roasted malts. Dry finish. The body was just a tad thin for my tastes. However, a decent brew as always from Vault.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Based off of the dry stout, this takes a small step back with overly roasted coffee. Deep brown black body, creamy tan head, and soapy lacing. Burnt/roasted coffee dominates and pushes the chocolate malts a bit to the background. A bit out of balance. Medium to full bodied, moderate carbonation, strong roasted aftertaste.
