Color mogano intenso con scarsa trasparenza, intenso profumo tra il fruttato e ligneo, abbondante schiuma compatta e fine, sapore pieno ma non pesante. Una delle mie preferite del birrificio.

Schiuma compatta e abbastanza persistente. Aroma tostato e cioccolatoso con note fruttate ben sposato ai sentori di luppolo. Al palato si presenta molto corposa con un ottimo equilibrio fra il caramello, frutta matura e un tocco speziato bilanciati da un gradevole amaro.
Unica nota fastidiosa il sostanziosissimo sedimento di lievito che rende difficoltosa la mescita specialmente nella bottiglia da 33cl.

Unclear orange of color with a white head. An aroma of bread, hops and malt. A flavor of malt, weak spice and bread.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A hazy, dark golden-orange beer with a decent off-white head. White sugar, fruits and a faint note of cellar in the aroma. The flavor isn’t much more exiting. A touch of dried fruits blends with the fruits and white sugar. Medium body, nicely carbonated. Fruity finish with dried fruits. Quite decent, at least the flavor. 110129

Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, overripped fruit, moderate yeast, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110129]
