Pale gold with white head. Dull pilsner type, little life, grainy and malty, drinkable but really not exciting, however the only rate left in Cafe Belge for me. PilsnerPeter (2585), Flushing, New York, USA Jul 6, 2009 Bottle: At a Dutch style restaurant/bar in Curacao. Golden pour with a brief white head- perfect clarity. Dry aroma with some apparent skunked Euro hops and mild pale bready notes. Fizzy body. Fairly dry- crisp dry pale malt base with some peppery and minerally character. Very skunked and a touch of saltiness on the back. Too skunked- typical macro European lager.
