33cl bottle Blond, white foam. Nose is just hops. No complexity. Body is okay but carbonation not so good. Taste is so simple. A beer thought for all the drinkers, do not buy!

Hazy yellow/orange, minimal white head. Aroma is light fruity with some citrus and malt. Taste has light malt, citrus, pine and most of all lime. Light body, soft carbonation, dry. Short after taste.

33cl bottles, bb04/2015 Geers. Label: "IPA, but not really from India and not really a pale ale" - complete with #dryhopped indications, indicates the typical Vedett target group of medium-informed easy-going scenester drinkers. Pours a light and fluffy peach cream, near-transparent. Perfumed and bubble gum aromas of peach cream, cooked gooseberry, pink grapefruit, mango peel complement that distinct light&airy Moortgat yeast - nearly Duvel Tripel Hop Citra light, this. Sessionable palate, clean and dry, yet obviously yeast-inflected. Quick finish, with some late cardboard and vegetable stem/old lemongrass notes. Easy BE sessioning ale, still only a nascent rowing category, that might as well be called Vedett Belgian Sessioning Ale. // DE comp: Störtebeker Atlantik with a yeast profile.

12oz pour in Toulouse comes out a fairly clear yellow with some lacing white head. Nose is lightly sweet, mild grain, mild honey, lemon, a little orange. Flavor is the same, very straight forward, bitter lemon, a little tangerine, a bit of malt, a bit of grass, some honey, a little metal. Bitter finish.

Helder oranje goud, bijna witte kraag. Vrij zoete IPA. Ook fruitig, mango en perzik. Aardig.

Delicious Belgian IPA with a fine blend of citrusy hops and ester flavors from the yeast.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish aroma, light floral fruitiness, light - some grapefruit hoppyness. Body is medium, malty - some wheat and lightly sweetish flavor, faint caramel, light floral fruitiness, light grapefruit - citrus hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly wheaty and dryish, light floral fruitiness, light - some grapefruit - citrus hoppyness, faint yeast. "IPA" with wheat and floral fruitiness - not too sweet though. Could use more bitterness (and less wheat). Front label says "Extra ordinary" - not really.

Bottled from Lekker Bier, BB 03.2015, large sample, served in a trappist glass. Almost clear golden color, medium frothy off-white head. Aroma of soft spicy yeast, slight peppery, bit citrussy, lemon zest, hint of butter. Quite bitter in taste, citrussy, slight sharp, bit dry. Duvel Citra hop light I would say. Bitterness is too harsh, as the beer is too dry. Ok stuff and exactly what I expected from this macro-Belgian wannabe brewery.
