Okej..askfat är ett dominerande inslag..möjligen har bryggmästaren tappat en limpa cigaretter i något kar..Menmen..citrus, syra och jäst kunde även uppfattas. OK balans och så men belgiska witbiers är inget för mig.

Det här var en ytterst lätt öl som fyllde sitt syfte som smaknollställare på ett behagligt vis. Den var precis som många andra weissbier med toner av jäst och minimalt med citrus men dessvärre hade den ingen kropp att tala om. Min goda kamrat som jag avnjöt ölen med påpekade att den luktade gammalt askfat, och det gjorde den faktiskt också. Märkligt..

Bottle. A light fruity smell, grapefruit, light yeasty and a little bit sweet. The small white fizzy head disappears fast. The body is pale yello and light cloudy. A light sour taste, quite yeasty. The body is light and dry with a normal carbonation.

Aroma is subtle, lemon followed a little malt and some straw notes. Flavours of Lemon, orange peel, coriander and subtle hops. Usual white beer suspects but enjoyable.

Bottle, 33cl..... It pours cloudy lemon with a very nice white head.... the aroma is lemon, wheat and some grass...... the flavor is lemon,wheat and fresh... medium body... nice.....

Aromas of sitrus and pale malt, a bit sour. It is hazy, applejuice white/yellow colour. Small white head. Taste of spices mainly coriander and lemon. Som yeast. A light and thin, but fresh mouthfeel. Light bitter in the end. Overall a fresh and sour witbier. Excellent with a lightly spiced pasta salad.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2012 Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Fruity and some grape in the nose. A nice fresh and mixed flavour. Orande, coriander, yeast and some sweetness

Draft keg in Crown & Two Chairmen, Soho. Slightly cloudy yellow. Nose is orange and lemon with bit of yeast, touch of candy sugar aroma. Taste is citrous orange and lemon, crisp and touch of candy sugar.
