3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle and draft. I preferred the draft version. Both are pale milky yellow with thick head and leaving lace. I found the aroma from the bottled version to be too bland, whereas from draft even when served cold the aroma is intensely floral and lemon ice comes out too. Very nice. Light palate with good carbonation levels. Not super flavorful either in bottle or draft, but very drinkable. Has a nice dry finish after mild citrusy (loquat?) flavors or light orange sherbet. Rating reflects draft, bottle is 5-3-5-3-10 = 2.6

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: FEB 8, 2010 Draft: Cloudy with a thick white head. Floral, spicy with lots of white. Very floral, light spice. Good dose of wheat. Clean, balanced. Quite a drinkable example. Much more expressive on tap.
Bottle: Opaque yellow-white. The aroma is faint, lightly fruity with a hint of wheat. The palate is light, wheaty with subtle fruitiness. Not the greatest wit, but serviceable.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice and fresh appearance, seems very suited for summer. (Yet I drank it in the winter) Fresh and sour smell, light hint of hops.
Flat taste, boring, almost no aftertaste.
Very refreshing, hint of lemon, could use more herbs.
I expected more of this beer from the Duvel family.,

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Watery hay color with a white head. Light spices and citrus fruit in the aroma. Flavor is a bit spicy with light fruits and some sourness that leaves as quick as it came. A very forgettable wit.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
In a bar in Bruges, cloudy pale yellow with a thin head, slight citrus aroma, usual witbier taste but lacking in body, better than the Vedett Extra Blond.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Appears hazy whitish yellow. Aroma is sour and hoppy with hints of citrus. A bit watery flavour, sour and slightly bitter. Abrupt finish.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained not much carbonic acid in the glass.
The beer has a thick pale color and a light acid taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a lemony touch. This beer smells curacaoly.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy yellowed cream with small white head. Good lacing. Strong scents of coriander and citrus fruits on the nose. The citrus is a bit too overpowering in the flavor though. Refreshing, and not a bad beer, but not a great one either.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. Aroma has corriander, citrus and yeast. Hazy, yellow coloured beer with a white, lasting head. The taste is yeasty with citrus and corriander. Refreshing as it should be. Bit sparkling. Good.

330 ml bottle. From Jambes, Belgium.
Hazy pale yellow with small to medium-size white head. Yeast, wheat, citrus and coriander in aroma. Yeast, coriander, wheat and some spices in flavour. More Belgian yeasty than most Witbiers. Still quite enjoyable.
