Vedett Extra White has a delicious refreshing taste, surprisingly crisp punctuated with an orange- and lemon like zest, rounded with a mildly bitter taste and dry finish.

This witbier smells a bit weird, but in a good way. Not a typical witbier. Not too special either.

This is decent Belgian White. Stunning hazy lemon colour with very thick white head. Lemon and pepper drive the flavours and the weight is not at all heavy. Excellent drinking here in Laos given the climate.

Bottle from Finland. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy pale yellow. Aroma and taste are malt, citrus, hops and yeast.

Martinus (3522) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - JUN 2, 2011
Pale yellow/white beer, fluffy white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, some lemon. Flavour rather thin, bit sweet, bit tart, wheaty, some lemon, but rather as lemon juice. Drinkable but there is better Belgian witbier around.
(draught @ Café De Kluizenaar, Nijmegen)

ClubGonzo (4521) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 21, 2011
Bottle @ Baran, Bergen. Pours a hazy, light straw yellow body with a foamy white head of some size, lasting for a little while but not too long. Nose is wheat and hints of straw. Taste is mild wheat and faint hints of pepper. Very, very mild and boring, but extremely drinkable and a real thirst-quencher. Pretty OK beer.

Bottle at a random Hague bar. Fresh white bar with expected citrus. Refreshing, simple beer

330 ml bottle. Hazy pale yellow colour, thin white head. Mild aroma of wheat, yeast, spices and citrus. The flavour is a lot like the aroma: wheaty, mildly spicy, with notes of citrus fruits, coriander etc. Plain and a little watery.

Bottle. Very light straw yellow with a fluffy white head. Lightly yeasty, some citrus and really pretty straightforward in the aroma. Taste is a touch tart, some grass, yeast, and citrus. Lighter body, and not bad...just not all that interesting.

21 Aug 2010, bottle. looks like a pale lemonaid. smells like a mash tun; just like wet malt and something else i can’t place. thin body, slightly fizzy. only ok.
