Vedett Extra White has a delicious refreshing taste, surprisingly crisp punctuated with an orange- and lemon like zest, rounded with a mildly bitter taste and dry finish.

The beer is a very pale straw color with a white head. An interesting lemon aroma to this, much more so than any orange characteristic. Plenty of sweet bread and wheat aromas and perhaps a hint of honey. The lemon is quite prominent on the palate as well. Sweet malt flavor of bread, nice wheat notes, and mild apple esters.

33cl bottle. Hazy pale golden colour with a small white head. Citrus, coriander and wheat aroma. Average carbonation and light body. Taste is light but more on the sweet side. Overall, an average wit with not much flavour.

5oz on tap at the brewery. Hazy pale golden color. Thin white head, leaving decent lace. Medium-plus body, nice fullness to it. Lightly creamy. Mild dry finish. Nice zesty orange peel flavor, belgian yeast, mild bready wheat. Moderate sweet taste. Light on the spice for the style, which is nice. Kind of more dry finish, very mild bitter. Solid witbier.

Delicious, light, all you could ask for. Good to warm up on a surprisingly cold night in late May in Scheveningen

Vycap Shanghai. Mutna zlta farba, slaba biela pena. Vona bananov a citrusov. Chut celkom prijemne bananova, jemne citrusove tony. Trosku pikantna dochut. Pitelne pivko.

On tap @ the bent elbow _ looks straw-colred, unfiltered in the tumbler with a small thick white cap. Demure aromas of citrus peel and spice under biscuit malts. Not as dry as some whites but very quenching. Flavour profile follows aroma. This is a witbier with out the sharpness associated with mainstream wits, it was more subdued and mellowed.

Bit disappointing. Not as lemon-ish as expected. Tried 3 Witbeers this week - this was only on 3rd place. It has a fresh taste but I prefer Brugs...!
