Bottle. [Courtesy of fiulijn, another great session @ Papsoe] Average creamy beige head. Good lacework. Muddy brown color. Aroma of yeast, caramel, fruit, toasted malt, dried fruit and some underlying hoppyness. Medium to full bodied with a light dry and thick texture, lively carbonation. Moderated bitter flavor with counter sweetness. Dry and bitter finish. 31-08-2007

Sep 2, 2008 Bottled(300ml). -Pale brown coloured with ruby reflection, medium sized off-white head, sweet alcoholic nose. Toasted malts, quite hoppy, light yeasty and alcoholic taste with notes of spices, caramel and fruits. Some odd sweet rose hip notes in the finish.

Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Brown colour. Moderate malty light hoppy aroma. But it is very delicatye. Moderate bitter flavor. Very long moderate bitter complex finish. Oily palate. Good stuff.

Sep 6, 2007 (Bottle 30 cl) Courtesy of jbrus. Pours a hazy, dark amber golden with floating impurities and a small, off-white head leaving some lacework. Distinct aroma of yeast. Quite a full body with sweetish, fruity notes, some caramel and again a distinct yeastiness. Subdued bitterness. 310807

Aug 31, 2007 Cloudy brown color. Unpleasant aroma, plastic, ashes, cigarette butts, light roasted malt. Medium body strength, sweetish, with some sweet caramel aroma, but nothing special. Confusing.
